Guidelines

The manuscript (both submission and final manuscript) should not exceed five double-column pages, with single line spacing, main text font size no smaller than 10 points, and at least 3/4 inch margins (about 18 mm) on all four sides.

Only electronic submission in Portable Document Format (pdf) is acceptable.

Authors are requested to adhere to two column IEEE conference format for their manuscripts. An example pdf file can be downloaded from here: ncc2013_example.pdf. This pdf was created in LaTeX using the following source file: ncc2013_example.tex. The LaTeX style files and bibliography files are available here:
