The Seventeenth National Conference on Communications (NCC 2011) will be held at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore during 28-30 January 2011. The conference will feature three symposia in the following areas:

Researchers working in emerging fields of these areas are especially encouraged to submit original findings. Submitted papers should be of sufficient length and detail for review by experts in the field. The papers shall be limited to 5 pages in standard IEEE conference format.

Publication Policy: Peer-reviewed and accepted papers must be presented at the conference by an author for inclusion in the proceedings, and for accessibility via IEEE Xplore after the conference.
