Paper Submission Deadline: 02 October 2009

The Sixteenth National Conference on Communications (NCC 2010) will be held at Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) during January 29-31, 2010 along with pre-conference tutorials on January 29, 2010. The conference aims to provide a forum for researchers in communications, networking and signal processing and will feature technical paper sessions, poster sessions, tutorials and workshops. The conference will feature three symposia on: Communications, Networks and Signal Processing. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their original research contributions to the following three symposia:

PAPERS:

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full paper(s) for review. Only original papers which have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. Please visit the conference website (http://www.ncc.org.in/ncc2010) for more details. Submission of papers is online via the Easy Chair website (http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ncc2010). All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

This conference is being held under the technical co-sponsorship of IEEE ComSoc Society. Authors of accepted papers will have to sign the IEEE copyright form for the paper to appear on the IEEExplore.ieee.org site. Further, all accepted papers should comply with IEEE format requirement. The maximum manuscript length is five (5) A4 size pages. Template files for LaTeX (preferred format) and MSWord are available at the conference website.
